I am so excited to be partnering with Springside Minor Sports to provide you the opportunity to have individual and team photos to cherish these moments in time.

WHAT TO EXPECT...
I will have order forms at the field on the day of your child's soccer practice on Tuesday, June 14th, 2022.
You will:
Fill out the order form
Pay for your order (you can pay by debit, credit card, e-transfer or cheque)
You will receive a receipt by text or email.
I will take your child's individual picture.
Team photos will be taken when the teams are ready during their practice.
HOW CAN I MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR ME AND MY KIDDO?
1. Come early
There are going to be a lot of kiddos coming through to get their picture taken - so I will be there at 6pm that day to make sure that we can get all of the kids through and stay until the end of the practice for anyone who wants to have their photo taken afterwards.
2. Fill out your form and print it off to bring with you
I've attached the form below so you can print it off and have your form all ready to go. This will save a ton of time and you'll have a chance to think about what you want to order. (I will need you to bring the actual paper with you as I use it to help me remember which photos are for your child.)

Your child should be wearing their jersey and be ready for their practice/game. If they have their own ball they want to use, you can bring that too.

You will receive an email when they are ready for pick up and additional details on how to receive them. If you want them shipped directly to you, you can pay $15 for shipping to your home with your order.

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
In the case of rain or poor weather, the soccer club has organized for us to use either a shelter on the field (in the case it's just a light rain and practice is still a "go") or at the arena (in the case we have a downpour and practice is cancelled).
If weather doesn't cooperate, practice is cancelled and we are in the arena the times will be as follows:
U5 individual pictures 6pm to 6:30pm
U5 & U7 team picture at 6:30pm
U7 individual pictures 6:40pm to 7:00pm
U9 individual pictures 7pm to 7:20pm
U9 & U11 team picture at 7:20pm
U11 individual pictures 7:30pm to 7:50pm
If weather doesn't cooperate, practice is cancelled and we are in the arena the times will be as follows:
